Goodbye Forever!!! Police CONFIRMS Joseph Duggar Could Face 30 Years In Prison — New Evidence Leaves Him With No Way Out!!!

TONTITOWN, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — Joseph Duggar and his wife, Kendra Duggar, are facing a total of 16 charges in Arkansas just days after it was revealed that he was accused of two other charges connected to an incident that occurred more than six years ago.
Joseph, 31, and Kendra, 27, are each facing four counts of second-degree endangering the welfare of a minor, as well as four counts of second-degree false imprisonment.

Joseph Duggar is also facing lewd and lascivious molestation of a victim less than 12, as well as lewd and lascivious behavior conducted by a person older than 18 charges in Florida stemming from 2020, where authorities say he inappropriately touched a minor.
Kendra Duggar was booked into the Washington County Detention Center on March 20 and was released on a $1,470 bond less than two hours after being booked.
Joseph Duggar was already being held in Washington County before the new charges were added. He is awaiting extradition to Florida to face his charges there.
If convicted, how much jail time could each of them face?
Arkansas State Code says that second-degree endangering the welfare of a minor and second-degree false imprisonment are considered Class A misdemeanors, meaning their sentences on those charges could not exceed one year on each charge.
For Joseph Duggar’s Florida case, both charges are considered “life felonies,” according to the state code.
It mentions that the offender could face either life in prison or “a split sentence that is a term of at least 25 years’ imprisonment and not exceeding life imprisonment, followed by probation or community control for the remainder of the person’s natural life.”
Together, Joseph and Kendra have four children, with the oldest being 7 years old. Joseph rose to reality TV fame as part of the TLC series “19 Kids and Counting,” which aired from September 2008 to May 2015. While Kendra did not appear in the show, she appeared alongside Joseph in its spinoff, “Counting On,” which aired on TLC from 2015 to 2020, according to IMDb.
The Duggars are scheduled to appear in the Elm Springs District Court on April 29 for their charges in Arkansas. No court details were available for Joseph Duggar’s Florida case as of Monday afternoon.
