Bringing Up Bates stars Travis Clark and Katie Bates have been one of the busiest couples in the family. They have relocated several times to support Travis’s music career. The two are currently living in Tennessee, and many are glad they’re close to the Bates family. The married couple initially stated that their stay in Tennessee may be temporary. Bringing Up Bates: Katie & Travis Already Selling New House

Katie and Travis recently uploaded a new Q&A video with a title, “WE’RE SELLING OUR HOUSE… BIG LIFE UPDATE!” This led many fans to think the Bringing Up Bates stars are already selling their new house in Tennessee. But it turns out that they were actually selling their New Jersey home.

According to Travis, their NJ home had so many memories for them, adding that they renovated it from the ground up. The two then revealed that if they were to move back to NJ, they wouldn’t be living in that house. Katie said she doesn’t want her kids to be sleeping in rooms on different floors, but she clarifies that it’s a great “starter house.” Travis said he doesn’t like the times when someone from their NJ house would call him to say that some parts of the house need fixing. He also revealed they’re looking forward to selling the property in spring 2026.

Travis Shares Career Update

Travis also took the opportunity to answer questions about his career in his latest Q&A vlog with Katie. According to the Bringing Up Bates star, he’s still pursuing a degree in nursing school. He’s not setting aside his music career either. But he stated that he and Katie are minimizing things as much as they can. Meanwhile, Katie is living her best life caring for their kids. The two welcomed their second child last year, and it seems they’re not prioritizing having more kids due to their busy lives. Regardless, many fans showed support for the couple’s hard work.
