The Little Couple‘s Jen Arnold most recently talked about her mother, Judy Arnold, who has been the target of a death rumor. There was a rumor going around online last year that her mother had died.

Arnold put an end to the rumor and said that her mom was okay and blamed it on Facebook hackers. Now, her mom is really in trouble with her health. On Thursday morning, she told everyone that her mom had to go to the ICU (intensive care unit) after a major surgery that Jen still has not identified.

Jen Arnold posted on Instagram to tell others about her mother. Dr. Arnold posted a selfie of herself and her mom, Judy, on Instagram on Wednesday. She noted on the picture that it was the day of the procedure. They were both smiling. Jen went on to say “Surgery day for my mom today. The last six months have definitely been a bit of a medical marathon, but if there’s one thing I know about her, it’s that she is incredibly strong and resilient.”

Jen still did not say what the operation was for. But fans think it’s because of cardiac problems. Judy has had a lot of heart issues over the past 5 years.

The Little Couple: Jen Arnold’s Mom Takes Turn For The Worse

Later in the day, Jen sent another update saying that the surgery went well and that she and her dad could relax. She said her mom still has a long way to go before she is fully healed, but they are glad the surgery went well. She ended by thanking her followers for their love and support.

Arnold gave another update regarding her mom on Thursday morning, but this one wasn’t as good as the last one. Jen Arnold said that things took a bad turn overnight. She posted: “Last night brought an unfortunate turn after my mom’s surgery, and she needed to be transferred to the ICU. As many of you know, she is incredibly tough — and this morning we are hopeful she’s turning the corner quickly. We’re praying this is just a short setback on the road to recovery.”

Arnold then thanked all of their supporters for their prayers and support. She even said that a lot of people remember Judy from The Little Couple and can see how strong she is.

Jen Arnold Goes Silent On Mom For 2 Weeks, Then Gives Update

The Little Couple star went silent on her mom for exactly 2 weeks after the dire ICU post about her mom. Jen posted about Will’s 16th birthday and other medical events during those two weeks.

Jen shared with fans that it had been a roller coaster, but that her mom pulled through and is now on the mend.  Jen Posted: “I wanted to share with everyone that my mom is doing better and she is home recovering from her surgery. It was a pretty scary roller coaster but she’s now on the mend. I cannot thank everyone enough for all of your prayers and good thoughts, @judy5439dlonrafarm” tagging her mom in her post.
