‘LPBW’ Matt & Amy Roloff’s Grandson Rushed To Hospital
Matt and Amy Roloff of Little People Big World have 4 kids together. Fans of LPBW watched their daughter Molly, twins Jeremy and Zach, and youngest son Jacob Roloff practically grow up on the TLC series. Jacob, Molly, and Jeremy stopped filming many years ago, but Zach continued with his family for many seasons. Fans watched Zach and Tori Roloff’s 3 children, who are also little people like their dad and grandparents, grow up on television most of their young lives until Jackson told his mom one day he did not want to film anymore.

Matt & Amy Roloff’s Grandson Rushed to Hospital
Jacob and Isabel Roloff are sharing something scary that happened to their son over the weekend. Isabel posted on Instagram that her 4-year-old son Mateo Tomás had to go to the emergency room over the weekend because she saw him having trouble breathing.
“My sweet boy came down with RSV and it sent us to the ER last night with his oxygen as low as 80 and his heart rate as high as 180,” Isabel wrote in her caption. “Is there anything more terrifying than seeing your kiddo not be able to breathe?”
“I’m just so thankful he’s okay. We’re home and healing! Here’s to healthier days ahead,” she said.
Amy Roloff chimed in the comments, hoping grandson Mateo is getting better. “Oh no! I hope Mateo is doing ok now and on the road to getting better,” said Amy.

Jacob & Isabel Live On Roloff Farms
In 2021, Isabel and Jacob told everyone they were going to have their first child together. The couple, who got married in September 2019, posted pictures of themselves smiling with Jacob’s hand on Isabel’s stomach. Mateo was born in December 2021. Jacob and Isabel live on Roloff Farms and keep up the daily duties that Matt cannot do. Jacob is a known hard worker, and both love the farm life. They have kept their son Mateo’s face concealed since birth for his privacy.
Isabel Roloff Gives An Update
On her Instagram, she posted, “Just two tired parents who have a kiddo sick with RSV, have had a lack of sleep for weeks, and a big ole farm that will need our full attention in just a few short months.” she added: “We need a date night (or ten😂) to make up for how busy we’ve both been. Even still, I can’t wait to see the gardens we grow this year, the memories we make this summer, and the ways we get more involved in our community together! I say we’re busy now… Oh just you wait, honey. With big dreams and a lot of work, we’ll make it happen. Love you, miss you @jacobroloff45”
