’90 Day Fiance’ Jasmine Pineda’s Immigration & Divorce Update

90 Day Fiancé’s Jasmine Pineda and Gino Palazzolo’s marriage is officially over. Both signed off on the divorce settlement paperwork. There was no jury trial. Details of the requests for spousal support are closed at this time, but an insider gave us details. The divorce was finalized on Thursday, June 25.
A representative for Palazzolo shared with Us Weekly that the finalization marks “a long and emotionally difficult chapter to a close,” adding that it gives “him the legal closure he has been waiting for and allowing him to move forward at last.”
The court ordered Jasmine to pay $500 a month in spousal support for 40 months, totaling $20k starting July 1st. Jasmine was demanding things that she was not owed; the court judgment speaks for itself.
Gino’s attorney told Us Weekly: “She asked for money she was not entitled to. Then attempted to default him in an out-of-state court. At which point my client was forced to defend himself. The end result is she’s paying my client money, and he is not paying her one red cent.”
Palazzolo will keep his property in Canton, Michigan, while Pineda will keep the house in Dunedin, Florida, where she lives with her baby daddy/fiancé, Matt.
90 Day Fiancé’s Gino Is Happy It’s Over After Big Win
The statement continued, “The relationship and its aftermath placed Gino under significant emotional strain, as he navigated a very public breakup, legal proceedings, and the pressure that came with the collapse of his marriage. After enduring that process, Gino is relieved that the matter is now behind him and grateful to finally have clarity, peace, and the opportunity to focus on himself.”

Jasmine Pineda’s Immigration Status
Jasmine’s immigration status and divorce case. Gino had filed an immigration fraud case against Jasmine. A source close to one of the parties said she did not get her 10-year green card when she renewed. She only got a four-year extension, and that could be taken away at any time based on their investigation. Jasmine also lost in divorce court. Gino does not have to pay support of any kind to her. Jasmine had several attorneys hired and said Gino’s lawyer gave them a lot of headaches. Jasmine said, “I love my lawyers so much! They’re cute and smart, and they love me” 🥰❤️
The 90 Day Fiance couple’s separation follows Pineda’s announcement of her baby with Matt Branistareanu in April 2025. At that time, she was still married to Palazzolo but had previously mentioned on ‘90 Day: The Last Resort’ her interest in having an open marriage and bringing a third person into their relationship. Gino has since been on the 90 Day Fiance spin-off: The Single Life. Jasmine continues to do social media influencing. She was also on the 90 Day Fiance spin-off: 90 Day Fiance: Diaries with her boyfriend, Matt Branistareanu, and his mother and sister.
What do you think about the finalization of this couple’s divorce and Jasmine’s immigration status?
